The room at Jonox Phuket Karon Hotel was amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air-conditioned rooms were a godsend, providing respite from the hot weather. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop and get some work done. The flat-screen TV was a great addition, allowing me to relax and catch up on my favorite shows. The private bathroom with a bidet was a nice touch, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. I felt like a VIP in the room!

The one thing I didn't love was that the room didn't have a bathrobe. It's just my personal preference, but I always find it nice to have a cozy bathrobe to use after a shower.

The staff at Jonox Phuket were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had an issue with the drain in our shower, but the hotel staff quickly fixed it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the rooftop pool. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. The hotel's decoration was elegant and tasteful, with beautiful artwork and comfortable seating areas throughout. It made me feel like I was staying in a high-end resort. The hotel's general areas were also well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the ramps and elevators that made it easy to navigate the hotel without too much effort.

I would have liked to see more entertainment options specifically tailored for senior people. Perhaps some live music or organized activities that cater to our needs and interests.

Stayed five nights in June for a family vacation. Upgraded to adjoining double rooms due to weak aircon in the kid's room. Rooms were clean, bright, and fresh. Convenient location near Karon Beach, restaurants, and 7/Elevens. Professional and courteous staff. Exceptional room cleaning service. Well-maintained pool area.

Totally recommend this hotel.
